Student Success
Student success is evaluated across a variety of measures for both degree granting programs, the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and the San Diego Teacher Residency. Student success is defined as successful course completion, gateway assessment completion, and master’s capstone ratings. An important metric is for HTH GSE programs to evaluate evidence that through a diverse cohort, the program is disrupting predictable, inequitable patterns of persistence and graduation in higher education correlated to factors such as race, culture, socioeconomic status, and gender.
The charts below detail student completion rates by cohort.
