The GSE is seeking an organized and proactive technology Systems Coordinator to oversee and
optimize the suite of software tools and database solutions used by operations staff. Reporting
to the Chief of Staff & Operations, this role involves managing user accounts, handling account
subscriptions, and setting up new or maintaining existing software integrations to support
school operations and coordinate an aligned, consistent approach to software usage. The ideal
candidate will play a key role in supporting and empowering staff, particularly those in logistics
and project management roles, by enhancing their ability to effectively use software tools, build
new functionality, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This team member will also collaborate
with HTH IT staff to ensure smooth operations across information technology and software
systems.
