Erin Asselin currently serves as an Engagement Specialist with the Connecticut RISE Network. In this role, she supports ninth-grade educators in guiding students through the critical transition into high school. Erin has led with passion and creativity in education in all roles, starting as a middle school teacher in Baltimore, MD, and continuing as a founding teacher and school leader in Hartford, CT. Now through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement, she advocates for student success while strengthening high school teams, refining practices, and driving positive outcomes across Connecticut and beyond.
