Sandra Park is a co-founder and improvement specialist at the Improvement Collective and a senior fellow at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. Previously, she was the director of the Building a Teaching Effectiveness Network (BTEN) and External Offerings and Partnerships at Carnegie. She also was the director of programs at First Graduate in San Francisco and was an elementary school teacher in Maryland, Washington, DC and California. She holds a PhD in Policy, Organization, Measurement and Evaluation, from UC-Berkeley, an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MAT from Lewis & Clark College and a BA from Georgetown University. She completed the Improvement Advisor program at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in 2011.
