Networked Improvement Community
RAISE (Raising Attendance and Improving Student Engagement) is a California networked improvement community that helps schools reduce chronic absenteeism by uniting students, families, educators, and experts to co-design solutions that foster belonging and engagement. Through proven practices, coaching, and collaborative learning, we support districts at all stages, empowering them to create sustainable systems where every student feels connected and eager to attend.

Together, we aim to reduce California’s chronic absenteeism rate by half by 2029.
