Supporting Progress to Graduation

Helping students stay on track to graduate takes more than course maps. It means creating a culture where every young person is supported in their learning, especially at key transition points like 8th and 9th grade. As we create ways to identify those who need extra care – even before problems push them off track – we can build systems that keep all students engaged and moving forward.
