As the Chief of Staff & Operations at the High Tech High Graduate School of Education, Hayley Murugesan is a cross-functional organizational leader who drives systems and structures to support institutional development efforts. Hayley’s career in K-12 education spans charter and district schools from San Francisco to Boston before joining the HTH team in 2009. Hayley graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. in History and M.A. in Teaching where she was a finalist for the Dean’s Medal for Excellence.
