Cereescia Sandoval has been an educator for nearly two decades, with more than ten years at High Tech High. Over the course of her career, she has served as a classroom teacher, graduate school faculty, and now as the Cultivator of Community and Liberatory Design with the Center for Love & Justice. A graduate of the Sapsik’ʷałá Teacher Education Program at the University of Oregon, she grounds her practice in Indigenous ways of knowing and centers learning in relationship with place, land, and community. As a former Leading for Equity Fellow with the National Equity Project, Cereescia is deeply committed to cultivating transformative learning spaces where equity, belonging, and diverse voices can thrive.
