Hi, I am Charity. I support both the San Diego Teacher Residency and Educational Leadership programs. My journey in education administration began at National University where I oversaw the Teaching Performance Assessment Program and through evening coursework earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior.
As a Program Manager at HTH Graduate School of Education I bring a deep commitment to the San Diego community. San Diego is not just where I work; it’s where I call home. I grew up in the vibrant community of Chula Vista, CA which has given me a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our local student population. My personal connection to this region drives my dedication to making K12 education accessible and equitable for every student.
