Jennifer O’Day is an Institute Fellow at the American Institutes for Research. Her research focuses primarily on system and school change, particular in service of educational equity. She is also founder and chair of the California Collaborative on District Reform, which for ten years has connected researchers, practitioners, and policy makers in collective learning and action to improve teaching and learning for all California students.
