Jon Green serves as the Lead Continuous Improvement Coach at New Visions for Public Schools. He draws on his extensive experience to guide school leaders and implement system-wide improvements that ensure equitable and consistent student outcomes. Prior to joining New Visions in 2014, Jon was Network Leader for The Urban Assembly, where he helped open and support dozens of small schools across New York City. Jon began teaching in New York City in the late 1990s and in 2013 received the Brooke Astor Award for his contribution to the city.
