Michael Garet is a Vice President and Institute Fellow at the American Institutes for Research. He is especially interested in methodological issues in evaluating the impacts of educational interventions and the analysis of organizational structure and process. His recent work has focused on teacher quality, professional development, especially in mathematics, and high school reform.
