Dr. Michellea “Redbird” Millis Rucker, is the Founder and CEO of Transforming Our Practice, LLC., and BrownSTEM, INC. She has over 25 years in Education, 10 years in Non-Profit Administration, and 10 years as an Edupreneur. She is an experienced Instructional, Leadership, and Equity Coach. Her expertise is in Transformational Leadership Coaching. Her life’s work is focused on cultivating and nurturing leaders to examine their beliefs, behaviors, and ways of being and the impact it has on their leader identity. She has a BA Degree in Organizational Management, an MS in Managerial Leadership, a Harvard Graduate School of Education Alumni with a focus on Leadership and Data, a Masters in Educational Leadership from HTHGSE, and an Ed.D. in Leadership. She is an author, researcher, disruptor, scholar-activist, and transformational bridger.
