Ruby Brock is an innovative educator, entrepreneur and consultant with nearly 30 years of experience in education. A 2024 graduate of the High Tech High Graduate School of Education in Educational Leadership, Ruby also holds a Master’s in Business Administration, reflecting her belief that understanding the financial structure of education is paramount to reimagining how we approach teaching and learning. Ruby integrates neuroscience and education to design transformative practices for students with learning differences. As the founder and Executive Director of the Westmoreland Institute for Lifelong Learning, she is dedicated to creating engaging, project-based educational models that empower students and educators alike.
