Zack Jaffe has served in Baltimore City Public Schools for 22 years. He is passionate about coaching educators to reach new heights in their efforts to provide students with the best educational opportunities. He is currently a manager in the Office of Continuous Improvement; in this role, he facilitates improvement initiatives, including teacher fellowships, professional development sessions, and school leadership support. Previously, he worked in the Literacy Office for five years and was a high school English teacher for 15 years.
