Step 3: Craft a Theory

Learn from others who are getting results on the same issue. Then, craft a theory of improvement – a measurable aim and a set of change ideas to get you there.

Who is getting results that we can learn from? What do we want to accomplish, for which students, by when? What are ideas we can try to reach our aim?
