Amanda Baltikas

Amanda Baltikas is a Data Strategist and Coach with the University of Chicago’s Network for College Success. In this role, Amanda has worked primarily with the NCS Data Community and Freshmen Success for Equity (FS4E) network. Amanda is a learner at heart and is deeply committed to supporting educators to shift their mindsets and practices. Prior to joining NCS, Amanda worked for more than 15 years in South Berwyn School District and Chicago Public Schools as a teacher, IB curriculum coordinator, and scheduler. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, in nature, and practicing yoga. Amanda resides in Chicago with an extensive collection of vinyl records, plants, and cookbooks.
