Lee Fleming is very passionate about education as sees it as the greatest leverage point for
developing empathy, generosity, and innovation across communities. Her career has included coaching educational leaders in project-based learning and collaborative school culture, traveling extensively to over 200 schools across the country and world. Additionally, she has served as a teacher, a school administrator, a school board president of a dual immersion school, and a mother to 4+ children. Her current work as Head of School at Samueli Academy allows her the opportunity to work with community and Foster Youth to gain access to resources that are often unavailable to 1st generation high school and future college students. She leads with curiosity and is continually seeking ways to improve student success.
