Tara Della Roca is a 5th grade teacher at High Tech Elementary and a student in the High Tech High GSE Teacher Leadership Program. As a teacher and student, she is surrounded by colleagues “who push me to be reflective and responsive on a daily basis.” She enjoys discovering ways to encourage these habits in her students, as well.
