Continuous improvement is a deeply optimistic and collaborative process of using bold ideas and sustainable steps to drive real change in education. Together, we improvers examine root causes, test smarter solutions, and scale up what succeeds – creating better outcomes for every student.

Workshops

90-minute workshops will connect you with improvers and highlight promising practices. Session descriptions and details are posted in Sched grouped by 4 strands: Improvement Reviews, Thrilling Results, Improvement Methods, and Leading Improvement.

Advisory

Intentional small-by-design sessions organized around specific problems of practice or role-alikes create an opportunity to build relationships, process experiences from the event, and discuss, plan, and act toward the future.

Opportunities for attendees to engage in deep conversations on issues that matter in education. Put Ideas into Practice

Take back new practices from advisory and round 4 of workshops. Optional problem of practice huddles hosted by members of the community from 2-4pm. Breakfast and Lunch included. Connect with the broader field at the closing community gathering.

Registration Cancellation Policy

We recognize that life happens. If you need to cancel your Summit 26 registration for any reason, you can receive a full refund prior to February 2, 2026. If you need to cancel your registration after February 2, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. A refund may be granted after the deadline due to extenuating circumstances. If you need to cancel after February 2 and do not want to transfer your ticket to another attendee, you may receive a 50% refund if you notify the registration team in writing prior to March 11, 2025.
