[MUSIC PLAYING] That acknowledgment of who they are, the humanity, and individualism, and personalizing, that learning around. What they’re capable of? And what they’re passionate about accomplishing? Whether it’s them, themselves in terms of who they are as an artist and as a member of the community?

It’s also about how young people could come together as a community and make things happen as a community. So the recording process, where they able to collaborate with each other. Problem solve, plan, create projects that are truly impactful is an incredible experience and it’s empowering.
