[MUSIC PLAYING] I think we would see a lot of student work in the hallways and the classrooms that are delving into various cultures and communities. We would see art– representation of the students who go there on the walls and in the text. And I think that there’s something to be said about, OK, so we’re walking into a classroom, we’re trying to see if culturally relevant education is happening. I think there’s something to be said for who’s raising their hand, who’s engaging, how are students engaging?

So maybe it isn’t even like the standard raising hand. It could be students in groups, it could be folks doing some self work. I don’t think I could just go by sight, I would probably have to talk to a student and ask, hey, what are you learning about, what’s interesting you right now? And I’d want to hear– I’d want to see kind of a spark there, or that there is some passion or excitement, or they found a way to connect the material to something bigger than themselves.
