This is a 2 day virtual event held on May 31st – June 1st from 9:00am – 12:30pm (PST). In this introductory course, you will learn how to use continuous improvement tools effectively to enhance your equity work. Over the two days, you will work to understand the root causes of an issue, develop a theory of action and identify a strong change idea. You will walk away with an understanding of how continuous improvement processes can support your team in reaching its equity goals, and a bank of tools for engaging in continuous improvement with your team.
